Gary and Kay Sloan, owners of Advantage Inspection Peachtree, have been serving Atlanta area customers since 1997. Our mission is to provide home buyers, sellers and owners a “higher level of certainty” with unbiased, comprehensive information regarding property conditions. Our office is independently owned and operated and is part of the Advantage Inspection Corporation which maintains offices throughout the Southeast and has successfully completed thousands of inspections for home buyers and sellers. Homes inspected by us qualify for the Advantage Home Warranty, the only “No Denied Claims” warranty in the industry.

Special Care:
As home inspectors we have a fiduciary responsibility to follow defined standards of protocol and document everything we observe. Our inspections typically run 2 to 4 hours in length. Although it is important to know there is no maximum time limit for the inspection. We are not going to give you our best 3 hours and then run off to the next inspection. We’re committed to performing comprehensive inspections independent of how long it may take. Of course, the clients are welcome to attend. We’re committed to not only identifying discrepancies that each property may have as well as other important elements. These elements include maintenance-prone areas that warrant routine attention, the location of emergency shutoffs and even some affordable improvements that are proven to reduce energy bills. So bring some comfortable shoes, your own flashlight if you like and feel free to ask any questions throughout the inspection! Oh, and in case you’re wondering, the inspector won’t answer calls on the cell phone during the inspection. This time is dedicated for you. That’s why we have a full-time office staff to facilitate incoming calls to schedule inspections, answer questions, provide extra copies of reports and serve any other customer needs. We’re a professional outfit staffed by professionals.

He has performed countless residential and commercial property inspections not only in the Atlanta area, but also in many states, Europe, Japan, Mexico and Canada. As a former aircraft inspector for the Navy, he effectively utilizes the same methodical, systematic approach inspecting homes as he did for the military aircraft. Gary’s attention to detail, work ethics and total commitment to his customers is what makes him so sought after by customers needing a home inspection.
Community Involvement:
We volunteer our time for various Habitat for Humanity projects in South Fulton and Coweta counties. We are also very involved in generating much needed funding for Promise Place and Christian City.

Meet Gary Sloan - More than 10 years ago, Gary Sloan committed to learning as much about property inspections as possible. He has performed countless residential and commercial property inspections not only in the Atlanta area, but also in many states, Europe, Japan, Mexico, and Canada. Nicole joined the Advantage Peachtree team in 2008. She and her husband live nearby and she has worked for the past few years in Christian ministry, administration, and customer service roles. She is an alumnus of the University of Georgia.
