Gary Sloan inspected my parent’s home.  He found several major problems.  Because of his thorough attention, he prevented serious issues - high water pressure that could have resulted in broken pipes or leaks, a narrow blocked dryer vent that could have caused a fire.  Gary was so personable, my mom felt really comfortable with him.  He’s friendly, approachable and professional.  I recommend his home physical for any homebuyer who suspects there could be problems — and his home inspection for buyers and sellers of homes.
